I've struggled with excess weight my entire life. Even though I walk 25 miles a week and eat a scant 1,200 calories daily, I still was losing less than a pound a week. I knew there had to be an emotional cause. I was at my wits end. I'd done EFT with other practitioners with limited results. I had come to Pat for anxiety and panic attacks. I had started taking an anti-anxiety meds and wanted a way to move beyond my anxiety, not just manage it. I found Pat on the emofree.com website and she was one of the practitioners listed in my area. I resonated with her. She was confident and compassionate. I was in an emotionally intense state when I called her and she did some tapping with me on the phone, just to help me get myself together. The results were immediate. I had been dealing with grief after the loss of my husband, and did not want to do group talk therapy that had been suggested by family, friends and doctor. The EFT therapy was quick, about 20 mins., and afterwards I felt a great sense of calm and relief. The sadness and grief have transformed somehow, not gone, just shifted in a new, less painful way.
I'd recommend EFT and would definitely do it again.
